Ingredients

16-ounce
bag plain frozen broccoli
2
cloves
garlic
peeled
3
cups
chicken stock
or vegetable stock
1
tablespoon
ghee
or olive oil
sea salt
to taste
fresh ground pepper
to taste
organic extra virgin olive oil
for garnish, optional
Instructions
Bring broccoli, garlic, and stock to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Carefully transfer to
Vitamix
and puree until smooth (or puree with an immersion blender).
Add ghee or olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and blend to combine.

For vegan: use vegetable stock instead of chicken stock and use olive oil instead of ghee
