organic extra virgin olive oil

fresh ground pepper

fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place chicken on a
sheet pan
or large baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and turn to coat. Rub with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
