Ingredients

bacon fat
or coconut oil

chopped shallot

sliced peaches
thawed if frozen

jar organic tomato paste

apple cider vinegar

coconut aminos

Instructions
Cook shallots in bacon fat until soft, about 3 - 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer stirring frequently for about 5 minutes.
Transfer to
high-speed blender
and blend until smooth.
Notes
For vegan/vegetarian: use coconut oil for cooking fat
Serving size is 2 tablespoons.
