Easy Roast Turkey Breast Recipe

bone-in turkey breast halves
3-4 pounds each
freshly cracked pepper
to taste (omit for AIP)
coarse ground sea salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place turkey breast on a rimmed baking sheet, skin side up, and rub all over with duck fat. Season with salt and pepper.
Place in oven and reduce heat to 375 degrees. Roast until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
Cover with foil and rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
