Paleo Peach Barbecue Sauce
Add all barbecue sauce ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Pour barbecue sauce into slow cooker. Add pork and turn to coat. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove pork to cutting board and shred with a fork. Toss the pork with sauce to moisten.
