  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 avocado
  • zest and juice of 2 limes
  • stevia, local raw honey, maple syrup or sweetener of choice, to taste


  • Add coconut milk, ice, avocado, lime zest, lime juice, and honey to Vitamix or blender. Blend until smooth.
