Chocolate Orange Chia Pudding (Dairy free, Paleo, Gluten free, Vegan)

This healthy chocolate orange chia pudding recipe is perfect for breakfast, dessert, or an easy snack.

  • 1 +1/3 cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of one small orange
  • Pinch of salt


  • In a medium bowl, whisk the coconut milk, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla together.
  • Sift in the raw cacao powder. Mix until combined.
  • Add in the chia seeds and orange zest and whisk until combined.
  • Pour into individual jars and let set in fridge for 8 hours before serving and enjoying!


Sifting the raw cacao powder helps prevent clumps.
Top with whipped coconut cream or grass fed heavy cream for a garnish!
Add in a drop or two of food safe orange essential oil for a stronger orange flavor!
