In a medium bowl, whisk the coconut milk, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla together.
Sift in the raw cacao powder. Mix until combined.
Add in the chia seeds and orange zest and whisk until combined.
Pour into individual jars and let set in fridge for 8 hours before serving and enjoying!

Sifting the raw cacao powder helps prevent clumps. Top with whipped coconut cream or grass fed heavy cream for a garnish! Add in a drop or two of food safe orange essential oil for a stronger orange flavor!
