full-fat coconut milk without additives
frozen into ice cubes
Bulletproof Collagen Protein Powder
cacao powder, plus more for garnish
pure vanilla extract
peppermint essential oil or peppermint extract, to taste
honey, maple syrup, or stevia to taste
Add all ingredients to high-speed blender in order listed. Blend on high or smoothie function until smooth.
Sprinkle with additional cacao powder or top with whipped coconut cream.
Freeze your favorite cold brew or leftover coffee to make the coffee ice cubes. For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso or cold brew concentrate.
