Peppermint Mocha Protein Shake

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk without additives
  • 1 cup coffee frozen into ice cubes
  • 2 scoops Bulletproof Collagen Protein Powder
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder, plus more for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 drop peppermint essential oil or peppermint extract, to taste
  • honey, maple syrup, or stevia to taste


  • Add all ingredients to high-speed blender in order listed. Blend on high or smoothie function until smooth.
  • Sprinkle with additional cacao powder or top with whipped coconut cream.


Freeze your favorite cold brew or leftover coffee to make the coffee ice cubes. For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso or cold brew concentrate.
