  • Add all ingredients to high-speed blender in order listed. Blend on high or smoothie function until smooth.
  • Sprinkle with additional cacao powder or top with whipped coconut cream.

Notes

Freeze your favorite cold brew or leftover coffee to make the coffee ice cubes. For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso or cold brew concentrate.
For keto: use stevia or another low carb sweetener
For Whole30: substitute vanilla bean powder for vanilla extract (or just leave it out) and skip the sweetener
