Paleo Ranch Dressing and Dip

  • 1 cup paleo mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh herbs parsley, basil and chives
  • sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste


  • Whisk all ingredients together.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings.


If you don't have fresh herbs available, you can substitute dry herbs using 1/3 of the amount of fresh herbs called for in the recipe. So in this case use 2 teaspoons instead of 2 tablespoons. It's always best to start with a smaller amount and increase to taste.
