This sesame beef is both Paleo and Keto and is a real crowd-pleaser. And it’s so simple to make it in the slow cooker. The meat comes out tender and the dipping sauce takes just a few minutes to whip up.

3lbbeef roast(1.3 kg)
1/2cupcoconut aminos(120 ml)
For the dipping sauce:
2Tablespoonssesame oil(30 ml)
1Tablespoonsesame seeds(14 g)
2clovesgarlic, peeled and minced
1/4cupcoconut aminos(60 ml)
Place the beef, 1/2 cup coconut aminos, and water into the slow cooker and cook for 8 hours on low.
Remove the beef roast from the slow cooker, let cool, and slice into thin slices.
Make the dipping sauce by mixing the sauce ingredients together.
Serve the beef slices with the dipping sauce.
