head fresh broccoli

garlic infused olive oil
sea salt
to taste
fresh ground pepper

lemon wedges
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut broccoli into florets and toss with garlic oil, salt and pepper.
Roast on baking sheet 10-20 minutes, until broccoli is crisp tender and caramelized to your liking. Serve with lemon wedges.
