Ingredients

coconut oil

coconut sugar

vanilla extract

maple extract

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Heat the coconut oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat until melted.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the melted coconut oil into a large mixing bowl.
Whisk in the coconut sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and maple extract.
Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined, be careful not to over-mix.
Fold in the walnuts then press the dough into the prepared pan as evenly as possible.
Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the bars are just set then cool completely before slicing into squares.
