Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 medium onion chopped
  • 1 - 2 jalapenos chopped
  • fresh cilantro chopped, to taste
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic infused olive oil
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
