large sweet apples

cinnamon sticks

Instructions
Core, peel and dice apples. Add to instant pot with water and cinnamon stick.
Set the instant pot to cook on high pressure and make sure the vent is sealed. Set the cook time to 5 minutes.
Once cooking is finished, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
Remove cinnamon stick. Mash apples or puree with immersion blender.
