Ingredients

Instructions
Wash all the produce. Quarter and dice the cucumber, halve the cherry tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion. Add to a large bowl.
Peel and dice the avocados, then add to the bowl with the vegetables.
Juice the lemon and drizzle it over the salad with olive oil.
Add salt and pepper, then gently mix until everything is combined.
Enjoy right away, or chill until ready to serve.
