This easy shrimp salad has a creamy dressing with lemon and dill for that classic shrimp salad flavor. It comes together fast with simple fridge and pantry ingredients and no cooking when you start with pre-cooked shrimp.

Ingredients

cooked shrimp
peeled and deveined

diced celery

finely diced red onion

mayonnaise

tablespoon
fresh lemon juice

Dijon mustard

capers
roughly chopped

tablespoon
chopped fresh dill
sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Toss the shrimp, onion and celery together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, capers and dill together in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Gently fold the dressing into the shrimp mixture.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
