Ingredients

24-oz jar
marinara sauce
no sugar added

12-oz bag
frozen 3 pepper and onion blend

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

boneless, skinless chicken thighs

teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Add marinara sauce, frozen peppers and onions, and Italian seasoning to crock pot and stir together until combined.
Add the chicken thighs and sprinkle with salt, then push them down into the sauce until covered.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken and stir into the sauce.
Serve over spaghetti squash, zoodles or veggie noodles.
