    Hi! I'm Lisa and after going gluten, grain, and dairy-free for health reasons, I had to relearn how to cook and make my favorite foods without the traditional ingredients I’d always used.

    And then I had to figure out how to make it easier. Because who has time to cook complicated meals every day?

    Now, I create quick and easy shortcut recipes that make healthy meals simple and tasty.

    My recipes are gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free (except for the occasional use of ghee), soy-free, and refined sugar-free. And they all use real food ingredients that you can find at your local farmers market, grocery store, or online grocery delivery.
