    About my recipes

    My recipes are gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free (except for the occasional use of ghee), soy-free, and refined sugar-free. And they all use real food ingredients that you can find at your local farmers market, grocery store, or online grocery delivery.

    But mostly, they are about finding shortcuts that make cooking at home easier while still delicious and satisfying. From easy weeknight dinners to decadent desserts and everything in between, you won't feel like you're missing out.
