Hi everyone! My name is Macy Diulus and I am the blogger behind Paleo Crumbs! I am excited to be guest posting here today and sharing this recipe for a decadent Chocolate Orange Chia Pudding! If you love chocolate then you will love this indulgent chia pudding with a hint of sweet orange!
Chia puddings are great and can be eaten for breakfast, a snack, or even dessert—any time you eat it’ll taste like a delicious treat! And who wouldn’t want to eat chocolate for breakfast?
I find that full fat coconut milk works best in chia puddings texture wise and as a great way to include some healthy fat in your diet! Chocolate Orange is such a sweet pairing together and the two flavors really do complement each other quite well, which I also used in this yummy grain free cookie! Letting the chia pudding sit for a few hours not only gives the pudding time to “set” but also allows for the rich chocolate and sweet orange to really deepen in flavor!
One of the great things about this pudding is that it is super easy to mix up! And delicious to eat of course too! I highly recommend giving it a try, even if you are not a chocolate orange person- you never know, this might convert you 😉 Enjoy!
