This is quickly becoming one of my favorite go-to smoothies. The avocado makes it extra smooth and creamy---and very filling. And it has two of my favorite superfoods: raw cacao powder and collagen protein. It's perfect for breakfast or anytime you need a snack with a little extra protein.

And it's so good it even passed the husband test. (I had him taste it before telling him what was in it and he loved it.) As you can see someone started drinking one while I was taking the photos.

I love adding collagen protein (hydrolyzed collagen) to my smoothies to get some extra protein, as well as the benefits of collagen. Each scoop adds 10 grams of protein with zero grams of carbs or fat. And because it's odorless and tasteless, you can't even tell it's in there.

of all the things I've put into my smoothies, I've never added avocado, but eat them regularly, so yeah, I get it! Thank you! Also interesting about collagen protein, I use soy, so good to know - never thought of collagen as consumable, let alone source of protein, thank you again!
