You can use cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes for this recipe. I had a huge basket of grape tomatoes that needed to be used up today, so they all went in the oven. You really don't even need to measure anything. Just drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast the tomatoes until they just start to caramelize and burst open. They cook themselves while you work on the rest of dinner.
