Brunch is the no-fuss way to do Father's Day. There's no big dinner to get on the table, no rush, and you can keep the morning laid back with everyone hanging around the kitchen.

This menu includes eggs a few ways, warm biscuits, berry muffins, and a couple of drinks, enough to feed a crowd. Some are hot off the griddle and some you can pull from the fridge, so you're not cooking everything at once.

Most of the work happens before Sunday. You can mix the sausage, bake the biscuits or muffins, and fill the deviled eggs the day before, then the morning is mostly bacon in the oven, pancakes on the griddle, and finishing everything up.

Whether you're cooking for your dad, your husband, or the whole crew, you can put out a spread worth getting up for.

    Savory Father's Day Brunch Recipes

Here are the dishes to build the meal around.

    1
    Easy Homemade Breakfast Sausage
These savory little patties are made with ground pork or turkey, sage, and smoked paprika for that classic breakfast sausage flavor, and they beat anything from a package. Mix and shape them the night before, then cook them up in a few minutes in the morning.

    Bacon cooked in the oven
    Baked Bacon
Baking bacon in the oven is the easiest way to cook a big batch at once. No standing over a spattering pan and no flipping, you just lay it on a sheet and let the oven do the work. It comes out evenly crisp, and your stovetop stays free.

Deviled egg with bacon and chives on cutting board.
    Deviled Eggs with Bacon
Deviled eggs are the first thing to vanish off the brunch table, and these get a creamy filling topped with bacon and chives (swap in whatever toppings Dad likes). Boil and fill them ahead, keep them chilled, and that's one less thing to handle in the morning.

    4
    Sausage and vegetable frittata
    Sausage and Sweet Potato Frittata
A frittata feeds a group without flipping a single egg. This one bakes in one pan with browned sausage, red peppers and onion, then slices into wedges like a pie. Just swap cooked sweet potatoes in for the butternut squash in this recipe. Serve it warm or at room temperature.

    5
    Asparagus with Hollandaise sauce
    Roasted Asparagus with Easy Hollandaise
This is the dish that makes brunch feel like a special occasion. Spears of asparagus roast in the oven while you whip up a no-fail hollandaise in the blender. I like to set a poached egg or two on top and spoon the warm sauce over everything.

    6
Almond flour biscuits stacked on a white plate.
    Easy Biscuits
Warm biscuits make any brunch feel a little more put-together, and these come out tender and golden. Split them while they're hot and add some butter or ghee, or use them to catch the runny yolk and hollandaise from the asparagus. These are my husband's favorite.

    Sweet Breakfast Recipes for Dad

Now for the sweet side of the table.

    7
    Banana pancakes
    Easy Banana Pancakes
Pancakes are a must at our house, and these are made with ripe banana and eggs, so they cook up soft and lightly sweet from the fruit. Mix the batter, pour, and flip, and you've got a warm stack ready in minutes. Serve with warm maple syrup and fresh berries.

    Almond flour strawberry muffins
    Fresh Strawberry Muffins
June is peak strawberry season, and these muffins are loaded with fresh berries in a light almond flour crumb. Bake a batch the day before and they're ready to go in the morning. Pop them into the oven to warm if you like. Set them out in a basket on the table and watch them disappear.

    Easy Brunch Drinks

Two easy drinks to round it out.

    9
    Green smoothies and green spoon
    3-Ingredient Green Smoothie
This green smoothie tastes like a piña colada, with creamy coconut milk and sweet pineapple blended over a handful of greens you won't taste. It's three ingredients in the blender, ready in about a minute, so it's the easiest thing on the whole menu.

    10
    Iced latte in mason jar.
    Iced Lattes
No brunch is complete without good coffee, and a homemade iced latte is easy and perfect for a summer morning. It's just strong espresso or concentrated cold brew poured over ice with the milk of your choice. Make a batch ahead and let everyone build their own the way they like it.

Make Dad a Brunch He'll Remember

You don't need all ten to put out a brunch Dad will remember. Pick a couple of the hearty plates, something sweet, and a good cup of coffee, and you've got a morning that feels like a celebration without a lot of work.

Whatever you decide to make, I hope it's an easy, happy Father's Day. And if Dad would rather fire up the grill, my easy grilling recipes have plenty more to choose from.
