    It was pretty hard to get my mom to commit to her top 10. When I asked, she said she loved them all - that's what makes Mom so special. But after talking about all the recipes I've made for her when she comes to visit, these are the ones that stood out.

    I developed several of these, like the chocolate ice cream, while she was here. So Mom had to eat them every day until I got them just right. It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it.
