    When you need something quick, try one of these easy paleo snacks.

    Whether you're looking to replace your unhealthy snack habit, or just need something to hold you over until dinner, these healthy paleo snacks fit the bill.

    My criteria for a quick snack is it has to take less than five minutes to make, or be an easy make-ahead recipe. One of my favorite go-to snacks is bananas or apples with almond butter. Just slice and spread—no recipe needed. And I always have them in my pantry.

    Here are my favorite easy snack ideas to try. All are gluten-free, grain-free and paleo.
