Here's every recipe you need for an easy paleo Thanksgiving—stuffing, gravy, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, and more—all gluten-free, grain-free, and paleo!
With Thanksgiving Day fast approaching, I'm finalizing my menu for the big day and including all of my go-to, no-fuss Thanksgiving recipes.
If you're like me, you don't have time to spend all week cooking. I've put together easy paleo versions of all my family's traditional holiday favorites. And I'm sharing my secret to getting it all done with a bit of prep cooking the day (or night) before.
This stress-free menu works for the family or for a crowd. Just increase the number of servings and the number of side dishes for a larger party (people are always happy to contribute an extra side or dessert to the meal).
And best of all, it lets you spend more time hanging out with family and friends.
EASY PALEO THANKSGIVING MENU
Here's my simple plan to pull it together: make the cranberry sauce, bake the cornbread for the stuffing, put the sweet potatoes in the slow cooker (so they'll be ready to use in the sweet potato casserole), and make the desserts the day before Thanksgiving. Also, don't forget to put a can of coconut milk in the refrigerator for the coconut whipped cream to serve with the pies.
And most importantly, enlist help prepping the rest of the meal on Thanksgiving Day. Peeling and chopping vegetables is a great job for anyone who joins you in the kitchen—an extra set of hands can make things go a lot faster.
So relax and enjoy the holiday with family and friends!
