Wondering what’s for dinner? After a busy day, making dinner is often the last item on your to “want to do” list. Yet, we all need to eat. Fortunately, there are so many easy keto dinner ideas that are also paleo!
I love to keep dinner simple with a yummy bowl of soup, a salad or a simple protein and side dish. Of course, there are also fantastic keto main dish recipes like zucchini pasta pesto, for the days when you feel like a dinner that’s a little fancier (but still easy).
Many of these low-carb dinner ideas can be made or prepared ahead. I often double up on protein, so I have leftovers for lunch or to top a salad the next day. You can even whip up many of the yummy keto soups in bulk batches, freezing extra for another day—making your weeknights much easier.

This easy broccoli soup is creamy, delicious and takes almost no time to create. The flavor is wonderful, and the vibrant green color looks so cheery in the bowl. This soup is definitely a great winter pick-me-up (but of course, it’s good any time of year).
Easy Cauliflower Celeriac Soup with Bacon
Celeriac is such a unique vegetable. It’s not so pretty on the outside, but on the inside it’s smooth and white, similar to a potato (but low-carb). The flavor is mild and when combined with cauliflower it makes such a creamy, delicious soup—perfect when topped with salty, crunchy bacon!
Roasted Asparagus Avocado Soup
I’ll admit I’d never considered combining asparagus with avocado (two of my favorite foods) but in this soup the flavor and textures blend perfectly. Lemon adds brightness and the asparagus has a wonderful caramelization from roasting. This soup is easily made vegan with vegetable stock and coconut oil.
Easy Chicken Soup in a Hurry
